Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Home Appliance Service and Repair.

1. Services Offered: We provide repair and cleaning services for household appliances including washing machines, refrigerators, gas hobs, kitchen chimneys, and home cleaning.

2. Service Booking: Customers can book services via phone, WhatsApp, or our website. Appointments are confirmed based on availability.

3. Payments: All payments are accepted in cash or via UPI after service completion. We do not accept online advance payments.

4. Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a service by informing us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.

5. Warranty: Service warranty (if any) will be informed at the time of service. We are not responsible for damage due to misuse or pre-existing conditions of appliances.

6. Liability: We are not liable for any indirect or accidental damages during or after the service unless caused by negligence.
